The History of Magic Twanger Productions
Magic Twanger Productions began long ago in a little town called Lumberton, North Carolina. It was here that Brockton McKinney, Leeko McKinney, Richmond Page, and Bo Fader met as kids and started filming. Many years and broken camcorders later, the original Twangers are still together. Through the years, they were influenced by sketch comedy including the Carol Burnett Show, Laugh In, Monty Python, The Kids In the Hall, The State, Upright Citizen’s Brigade, The Young Ones, and SNL. Now based in Chapel Hill, they’ve recruited a few more willing participants including Brockton's lovely wife, Holly, the beautiful and alluring Tenille, the always charming Clay, and Miles, the man of a thousand monsters. Also working with Magic Twanger Productions are the newest additions, "Beer is Bad TV's" Jordy, Nate, and Mike. With a full lineup and a better camera, they've managed to keep the raw humor that's attracted faithful fans and are able to present it in a more professional and coherent way.
